By using bingoat.me, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the bingoat.me application.

3. Service Description

bingoat.me is a productivity application that allows users to create and manage bingo cards for goal tracking, share with others, and track their progress and achievements.

4. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
  • We offer free trial, monthly, and lifetime subscription options

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a license to use your content for the Service
  • You are responsible for the content you create and share
  • Prohibited content includes illegal, harmful, or objectionable material

6. Subscription and Payments

  • New users receive a 7-day trial with all premium features
  • Monthly subscriptions automatically renew
  • Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Payments are processed through Stripe

7. Disclaimer

bingoat.me does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or errors. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not responsible for any user-generated content or actions taken by users of the Service. Rewards defined in the bingo cards are provided by your own accords.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
